Help with Book

I downloaded that, thank you. but it's still not working.

When I select 'build and debug' it says

Building precompilation documents...
Building map files...
Building program map...
Building variable map...

but nothing else happens and it doesn't show the code running at all. What am I doing wrong?
(if I press F5, it runs perfectly)
