Yes now seems that work 
the scroll are disable
WITH and WITHOUT -D DISABLE_SCROLL
maybe is posible to make this way
if the user wants to disable put -D DISABLE_SCROLL
and if do not want don't put -D DISABLE_SCROLL
this way is more flexible
now the compiler don't care about -D DISABLE_SCROLL
