TAP be gone

I wish ".tap" not to appear in the name of the recorded bytes.

"Game.tap" CODE 32768,12345
should be
"Game" CODE 32768,12345

".tap" already appears in the file name.
It does not need to appear again in the recorded block header.

Yes. The name that shows up is the one of the filename generated when compiling.
A workaround is to compile with -o Game and then rename the file from Game to Game.tap.

Can you try this?
