Ok, assuming that beepola's files are non relocatable as I think, I think I found the solution.
Using an org <address> in the begining of the incbin asm code will hardcode the bin file in the desired address.
I tried this with an image, not a beepola bin file, but I assum it will work the same.
This way I can call the code from the specific location (as set when compiling with beepola) and will not need to join tap files
