Using Beepola with ZX BASIC
#12
I know this is an old thread, but beepola looks amazing.
I'm currently updating and upgrading to zx basic the old games I made in sinclair basic in the early 90s, and they could use better menu music than the original beep one.
My question is, is it possible to include a bin file extracted from the tap file created by beepola, into a specific address in zx basic?
As far as I could tell, after compiled, beepola's players are not relocatable: they must be called from the specific address they were compiled to.
I know I can load "" code the file along with the zx basic compiled file, but having it included would be simpler and avoid having to merge tap or tzx files - specially during testing phases, as it will happen a lot.
