Faster = Good for me :-)
Faster plot might be nice, too.
I was thinking that CIRCLE could be smaller if you used the (agonizingly slow) Rom routine - and the same with Draw. I doubt you could make them inherently faster; though a faster plot routine would help a lot, yes.
