PVP K30 Powder
Povidone K30, also called polyvinylpyrrolidone K30, PVP K30 or polyvidone K30. It is made from N-VinyPyrrolidone (NVP) through polymerization. The K number refers to the mean molecular weight of the povidone, higher K value means higher molecular weight. Povidone K30 is white to off white powder, odorless, tasteless, soluble in water and ethanol, insoluble in acetone or ether. Its molecular formula is (C6H9NO)n, and its CAS number is 9003-39-8.
