Using XSPF with Wordpress MU (WPMU)

I'm wondering if anyone here has used XSPF in a Wordpress MU (WPMU) install... ?

I have tried uploading it to /mu-plugins/ but it doesn't seem to activate. I don't see it under "Manage".

Any idea what I should do?
