Embedded codes

I see Battle Bunny came up with a good idea here:

http://www.worldofspectrum.org/forums/s ... post732193

I suggest we steal it, and persuade Boriel to include it in the compiler. So you can do

Print "{PAPER 3} Hello world" to embed the paper 3 in the string. Or More usefully block graphics and {C} symbol in a more logical format.

Clearly needs a way of turning on and off globally via command line, and locally or a string via some #command....

But I think it would make it easier to enter some odd codes.

Nice idea. :!:
I never implemented the full subset of BASIN codes. This is done at the preprocessor level, not the compiler. I have stopped development since July :? due to lack of time (stopped != abandoned, ok?). Like when you dissapeared for a while when moving, I'm currently "revamping" my life too.

Yes - it has been quiet for a while! Glad to hear you're safe and well, at least. And life does get in the way of hobbies.

For example, I'm getting married. Today, actually....

Just reading forums to sort of distract myself a bit while waiting for time to leave :)
